We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for ready-to-wear, accessories, homeware, and other non-custom items, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that couture and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

For ready-to-wear, accessories, homeware, and other non-custom items, domestic delivery within the UAE typically takes 1 to 3 business days. International delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination. Delivery times for couture and made-to-order pieces are confirmed individually when your order is placed. Our delivery times are based on services such as DHL Express, which may be our shipping provider.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our shipping provider so you can follow its progress in real time.

All prices for UAE orders include VAT. For international orders, any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the client and may be charged upon delivery.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and, if possible, a short video showing the issue. This will help us assess the problem quickly and arrange an exchange or repair at no extra cost. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund.

Yes. Oscar Kraye guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to issues arising from the craftsmanship or materials under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

At present, Oscar Kraye operates exclusively online. Private fittings and consultations may be arranged by appointment for couture and bespoke pieces if required.
