Oscar Kraye is a design atelier based in Dubai, bringing together haute couture, accessories, and objects through a singular creative vision. Across each expression, the atelier explores the relationship between individuality, craftsmanship, and the emotional connection we form with the things we choose to wear, carry, and live alongside.

Founded by Haidar Krayem, the atelier is guided by an instinct for refinement and a fascination with the relationship between imagination, technique, and the materials that bring each idea to life. His approach begins with curiosity, allowing ideas to evolve through experimentation, material exploration, and a deep understanding of how form, function, and identity come together.

Its vision is realised through three distinct expressions.

Haute Couture is the most intimate form of the atelier, where each creation begins through a dialogue between designer and client. Made exclusively to measure, each piece is selected from the house's couture collections and tailored to the individual, allowing personal expression and the artistry of couture to exist in harmony.

Accessories explores the meeting point between utility and elegance through pieces designed with the same attention to character and intention found throughout the atelier. Each creation balances function with individuality, bringing a refined perspective to the elements that shape personal style.

O by Oscar extends the atelier beyond what is worn into the world of objects. Each creation is conceived as a sculptural presence for contemporary living, where artistic expression, material exploration, and function come together.

Though each expression speaks in its own voice, they remain connected by the belief that the most lasting pieces are those that form a connection with the person who encounters them.

THE DESIGNER

Haider Krayem

Born in Beirut and based in Dubai, Haidar Krayem is the founder and designer behind Oscar Kraye.

His creative instinct developed from a young age through an innate curiosity for how things were made, transformed, and given new meaning. Before establishing his own label, Haidar explored design independently, experimenting with materials, forms, and processes while developing an instinct for detail, function, and the character that emerges through the act of making.

In 2022, he launched his first couture and prêt-à-porter collections, marking the beginning of Oscar Kraye and the first public expression of a vision he had spent years shaping. Since then, his work has expanded beyond couture into accessories and objects, allowing him to explore design through different forms of expression.

For Haidar, creation begins with curiosity. His work is driven by a desire to understand, reinterpret, and transform ideas into pieces that carry a distinct character and reflect his evolving perspective as a designer.
