Return Policy

At Oscar Kraye, each piece is produced with considered craftsmanship and released in limited quantities. For this reason, we operate a return-for-exchange-only policy. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to review and approval prior to acceptance.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • All original tags, dust bags, and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these standards may be declined.

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate an exchange, you must contact Oscar Kraye at Info@oscarkraye.com within 14 days of delivery.

All requests are reviewed prior to approval. If your request is approved:

  • A return authorization will be issued
  • A return shipping label will be provided
  • Detailed instructions for secure return will be shared

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Approved returns are eligible for exchange only, subject to availability.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the exchange value
  • Any price difference must be settled prior to dispatch
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit

Shipping

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are not credited.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Info@oscarkraye.com within 48 hours of delivery, including supporting images.
In line with UAE consumer protection regulations, verified cases will be resolved through:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Or refund, where legally required

Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Oscar Kraye reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms outlined above.
