1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume or limited releases, processing times may be extended. Should there be a significant delay in dispatching your order, you will be notified via Info@oscarkraye.com.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing or courier delays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Oscar Kraye is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Oscar Kraye is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please retain all original packaging and contents
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
